General administration

1. How can I enroll in a course?
You can enroll in a course from the Full Catalog.
2. When can I access the courses?
Access to the online course will be granted once payment has been received. If you pay by credit card you will have access within one business day. If you have requested to be invoiced, you will not receive access until your payment has been received and processed.
3. What if I cannot complete the course before my access expires?
Please contact the Program Administrator (training@amo.on.ca).
4. What is required to successfully complete the course?
Each course has different requirements for completion. Please refer to the course outline for details.
5. What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Program Administrator.
6. Are there specific software or browser requirements to run the online programs?
